Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the email address used for your purchase. If you still need help, contact support.

What happens when I cancel?

Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. It won’t renew after that. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; see our refund policy.

Only purchased a single scan?
